I live in Canada...I want to purchase a property in Trinidad..Can i get a mortgage their and still be able to work here(Canada - 6months out the year)?

I fell in love with the country when I went down for Carnival back in 2002.

I don't think they wud have a problem with lending u the money. As long as you paying back.

Anyways! I don't see you having a problem with that. Go back there, visit the bank, present your credentials and you would be surprise at what you could do in Triniland. Check it out!

actually no. there are very strict legal requirements.

That's why I said "present your credentials"..........he have to be $%^&@! nt to have the requirements :)
