I have never encountered as many Trini's having 'problem skin' as I have 'Anglos' in North America. Is it diet? is it the environment? who knows; but I'm betting on Genetics :lol:

You have to be healthy from the inside out. Be careful what you put into your body so that it would not have much toxins. Eaat more veggies and fruits and drink lots of water. :)
