What's the take on SDBG?

I observed that SDBG had attained a high of $3.35 recently but, for some reason, I haven't seen their Financials Statements in the newspapers yet. Is this a good share to invest in?

great share if you're willing to hold for a couple years. There will be some short term instability though.
