What do you think of a man like Jack Warner in the corridors of power? This is what you are voting for when you vote UNC.
If you believe the information below to be true and vote UNC anyway then what does this say about your principles?

Racial Harmony -
'No foreigner, particularly a white foreigner, will come to my country and harass me, intimidate me and push me around." - JACK WARNER

Integrity
'I am deputy chairman of the finance committee of FIFA. I oversee a budget of US$2 billion and I have never seen one iota of corruption.'
Jack Warner, Trinidad Express

'Lying and deception and bad faith are standard operating procedure at FIFA.'
Adam C. Silverstein, a lawyer for MasterCard in their successful action against FIFA

Sportsmail has acquired the confidential reports
produced for FIFA by auditors Ernst & Young
revealing how Warner was allowed to amass a
fortune trading in tickets for Germany 2006.
One report estimated he and son Daryan cleared
a profit of at least £500,000 on 5,400 tickets for
England, Mexico and Japan matches
The lenient treatment of Warner — who controls
35 crucial votes that keep FIFA president Sepp
Blatter in power — contrasts starkly with the fate of
fellow executive committee member Ismail Bhamjee
in June. Caught selling a dozen World Cup tickets
to English fans, Bhamjee was instantly expelled.

What about Mr. 2 PM Menghoo? He prob go want to be the PM for his constituency.

Oh and you should have seen what Warner's 2 sons bought in Miami off the profits from the contracts daddy got them in the Under 17 world cup.

As long as Panday is alive and free and UNC wins he must be PM or he will upset the whole applecart, and the UNC, the party that he believes he owns lock stock and barrel will be back in opposition.
Panday is only adviser to the purported leader but every day he is on the media sayin "I did this and I did that, and I remove Nanan and put Ramesh"
What will happen if the UNC wins and Jack decides to put up a fight using all the resources at his comand to ensure that he is PM will Panday and Ramesh say OK Jack. Panday playing ded to ketch cobo alive. He knows that he is spoilt goods so he putting Jack in front.

Bas done say that he doh want the Pres job as it just ceremonial and have no real power. Of course he also said before that he doesn't want the PM job either but looks a lot like he's aligning himself for it now.

Panday doesn't care about the people if he not giving them a chance to directly choose their own leader.

How come all these heavyweights in the COP Yetming, Sadiq or Montano don't run against Manning they talking daily about COP winning it all and none of them have enough confidence in what they saying to even take a seat somewhere, as for Mikela at least she trying so I give her credit for that but all these hard back experience COP leaders taking a back seat and looking on.

THE SAME WAY THEY HAVE NO TESTICULAR FORTITUDE TO SET ASIDE PERSONALITIES IN THE BEST INTEREST OF T&T, THEY HAVE NONE TO GO UP AGAINST MANNING!

If Yetming was taking so much flak in his own constituency, why should be be desirable to run as a candidate? If Sadiq has court cases on his head, why should he run as a candidate? Macco, you used to raise these issues yourself. If Yetming does not properly represent his constituency and if Sadiq has unresolved court matters, is it not the right and honorable thing for the COP not to present these individuals as candidates? There really is no pleasing you yes.

As for Montano I agree with you there. I think Montano should run for a seat and I think he should be more visible. Montano is respected and untainted - he needs to be on the front line. A better candidate to run against Manning than Assam, if you ask me.

I would have hoped that some of us would have learned already.

The World Cup ticket and travel debacle was on the international arena. Imagine now the headlines around the world when we elect a FIFA VP who was rapped for a conflict of issue and corruption to public office.

That is why the man isn't contesting a seat. I see that Panday doh believe the same thing though.

I wonder what he gonna do at his retrial now that Ramlogan say he doh want anything else to do with him. Looks like Kamla and them boys might get another chance to 'forget' and extend his seat in Parliament when they lock him up again.

Maccogirl

Maybe Sadiq have plenty coco in the sun so he running from the PNM, ever go to think about that he not doing the COP a favor he doing his self a favor, if he is innocent he should go brave he has nothing to lose by running for a seat and the COP should have no problem in defending him so what is the problem,

What you want to tell me he not running for a seat because the big bad PNM just waiting for him if he does?? I say again if he feels the PNM has nothing on him why not run and strengthen your party chances at the polls.

cm103
10-14-2007, 12:20 AM
Regardless if he is innocent or not, that is a matter for the courts if it gets to that stage.

MG, you have short term memory or you just practicing your typing? Look up to where Sirius replied to this point previously.

Maybe Panday should take some notes here so he doesn't drag the public office into disrepute, again. His boy Ramesh already show him how to blow the whistle and Jack already show he knows how to take advantage of a situation.

Next time tell yuh Uncle Bas to tell the boys who finance his campaign to not dip their hands in the cookie jar as much. Its wishful thinking though, Bas sell his soul every election to the financiers.

This is what was said and I don't know why some of you like to pretend and look at things with rose colored glasses on, so I answered appropriately I for one have lived under Manning and the PNM rule I did not have a problem with that so why the hell should I have a problem if Jack is made PM or if Jack wants to lead the UNCA.

Jack as PM ?
Not in this janum !
The reasons are :
1. UNC not going to win the election .
and
2.If they did , Bas will simply not allow it !
