Hey. :mrgreen: Veer Zaara is also one of my favourite movies...probably my favourite! Oh gosh I cried the most when they saw each other in court after so many years and although they aged physically they saw each other just as young as before. It was sad because they missed out on so many years together. However, better late than never! I was so happy for them.

To me, almost every movie with Shahrukh is a hit. Especially Kabhi Kushi Kabhi Gham and Kuch Kuch Hota Hai.

Most of them are and that why I love them. :D Love stories are my absolute favourite. They seem to be glorified in Indian culture. However, they are not all like that. For example, Salaam Namaste was about where a guy got a girl pregnant. It was also a love story but he didn't want to accpet the baby as his responsibility. It showed the struggles of a pregnant single woman and a father slowly growing to accept his responsibility. I think it's a good movie for young men to see. BTW, I don't see the tradition of dowry portrayed in most movies....hardly any at all. The practise of dowry is not as acceptable now as it was long ago.

Indian movies are musicals! The musicals portray fantasy. That's why they appeal to people who grew up loving them.

He's made a comeback! Of course mostly in "father" roles. However he still acts love roles eg. in Baghban he and Hema Malini were an older couple still very much in love after many years of marriage. Wow, Hema Malini looks great for her age. You hardly even see wrinkles.

I would tape them on my PVR, then fast forward to the songs only. If they no good I skip to the next one.
Don't ever follow story lines. As Guy says dey all de same, just different actors and settings.
My favorite is Kajol.

I also tape "Abhi To Main Jawaan" and watch them at my leisure. It's a one hour episode with songs from the the movies, especially the oldies.

I saw Black and throughout the whole movie I kept saying that girl looks just like Rani. I couldn't believe it was her until I saw her name at the end. She acted so well I thought she was an actual blind girl who resembles Rani. I didn't see Bhool Bhulaiya as yet but I want to. I'm crazy about the Bhool Bhulaiya Hare Ram Hare Hare Ram Hare Krishna Hare Ram song! :)

Sometimes I watch...mostly Maayka and Kasamh Se. Remember I said that when I used to live with my parents we didn't have cable...so I've only been watching for about a year now. I don't know what happened before but I have an idea. May favourite is Kasamh Se. I want Mr. Walia and Bani to get back together! Do you watch Bano Main Teri Dulhan? I missed some episodes. There's this couple who were married and it seems that they have lost their memory or something? However they have met and the guy is remembering things about the girl. What did Sindura do to them? Oh so they reincarnated. I was also considering that. Sindura even has her husband locked up. Why is that? The poor man. Ha ha...Vidya and Sagar had time to reincarnate and grow up and Sindura still looks young. She's a really good actress though.

On Kasamh Se did you know that Bani had her babies already? It looks like she had twins. She got pregnant for Mr. Walia...they slept together one night because them having a baby was the only way to save Ganga who has to get some kind of transplant from the baby to save her life.

The last episode I saw it looked like she now has him locked up in a little room in the same compound as their home. One night he saw the door open and he tried to run away. When Sindoora saw, she let go her dogs for him and called them back just in time. She told him that next time he tries that she will kill him because although he is her husband she never cared for him and never will. Poor man...he looks so quiet too. :(

She will definitley fall. Someone told Sindoora that they saw Vidya and her husband somewhere. She started to get scared. Then she and her family went to do a memorial ceremony for the deceased couple. When they went to the Tample to do the ceremony, the pundit asked for a picture of the deceased couple. When they handed him it and he opened it, it wasn't a picture of the couple...it was a picture of Sindoora. I saw this as an omen that she will die soon.

Only a few times...I don't know who won or anything. Those little children can sing so much better than plenty adults I know. I guess their parents bring them up like that...maybe they have a certain Indian art of voice training. I dunno...I'm amazed by how well these kids sing!
