someone came trying to sell me sachets of wheatgrass. i had one as a sample. green and quite nasty. are theer any real benefits of using wheatgrass?

They say it good for your blood, high blood pressure, diabetes etc. I don't know about this much. At first I thought it was somekind of fertilizer for my lawn, then They told me NOOOOOOOO you have to drink it a cube in water each day......I ain't trying that.
