I've used it before and I've used Murad too. They both do the same thing.......work while you using it. When you stop, it breaks out again. Someone told me I should use some thing that was formulated for people of colour. Clear Essence was recommended. I use the soap to wash and apply the cream twice per day. It's a miracle.

Mivo gyul why yuh under all that stress.........stress is ah killer! relax yuh self dey eh!

Hey Syl ..

It works on some people from the feedback I got it pretty much extra Benozyl in it which can really dry out your skin easily so make sure u moisturize
those stress breakouts are the worse ones ...

For me drinking 10-12 glasses of water does the trick ....

I was using Nivea 'young' gel wash (I too have been burned but some cleansers, I have very fair skin) and now I'm using Dove Deep Moisture creamy facial wash with Garnier 'fresh moisturizing fluid'. I told the beautician I liked the foaming/gel cleansers because they give me that 'fresh' feeling but she said that was my skin over drying! As a result I was using too much moisturizer and clogging my skin which is why it was 'dull'
Makes sense but I had never thought of it!!

Diet as well! It is common-sense that a healthy, well balanced diet benefits us all, inside and out. Eating lots of fresh fruit and vegetables every day will provide you with the vitamins needed for healthy skin.

A calming skincare regime is ideal for helping to keep skin healthy, soothed and balanced.

Although acne sufferers should avoid excessively hot and humid conditions, a little bit of sun can be good for acne prone skin. The ultraviolet light activates chemicals in the body that kill bacteria; these rays are also slightly anti-bacterial and in small doses are good for boosting the immune system. Just make sure you protect your skin adequately with a sunscreen.

It does work, but as most people have said, you have to use it continuously.

Clinique has worked for me though, I guess everyone is different.

I've been using Nutrogena for years it works - I also have VERY sensitive skin(sometimes I get fed up eh). I also like using products from cher mere, I get no reactions from using cher mere products. That's also an option.
