Rudy Indarsingh, the man once touted as Panday's heir apparent.
After both he and Panday kept their lips tightly shut while the PNM gutted Caroni 1975 Ltd. leaving workers out in the proverbial rain.
Well I know Indarsingh got the Chaconia Silver for his non-efforts. I wonder what Bas got out of that deal????
