Indeed it does. http://www.blinkbroadband.tt and click "sign up".

Although, if you take that option, they don't give you a free modem/activation. That may or may not be a big issue.

Now, I'm not 100% sure my current modem (a speedstream) will be compatible to Blink, so if/when blink switches over, I might have to shell out ~$500 for a new one. But, consider for a moment if I picked the 1 year option (w/ free modem) instead, and I switched to FLOW mid-way through... I could just drop down to the $79 package and finish out the contract (totaling $474). :?
