BR, I like dat name better than brag, anyhow,
watch this:
3 cups homemade yogurt or yogurt from the market
2 Tbs. cornstarch
1 large clove garlic, peeled and crushed
salt to taste
Heat the yogurt in a 2-quart saucepan over low flame, always stirring in the same direction, using a wire whisk, until smoooth. Keep stirring for 5 minutes or more. Place a couple of tablespoons of the yogurt in a glass, and dissolve 2 tablespoons of cornstarch in it. Add the mixture back to the yogurt. Keep stirring. Add the garlic and salt to taste. You may sauté the garlic first for slightly more flavor. Serve over stuffed squash or any stuffed vegetable.

That is what I did twice.
Falcon, this is the third time I am writing this thing, and after pressing the submit button nothing is happening. Sometimes I have to go to login over and over to succeed. Some crazy things are happening here.
Seren, I am sorry you missed the thread by sap entitled BRji on the religion board. Any way, I was not able to get a two letter name, and I had to choose brag, the initial letters in my name. I explained it in the religion bulletin board under the thread BRji posted by sap when she asked where I was.
It seems like everybody is missing Huma and who is missing Oats? Sorry for spamming.

Hey Jen....I'm :o that you don't get saltfish there considering that fishing is such an important part of the EU's economy (Spain to Scotland) and cuisines. I would think that salted cod, hake and herring would be vital supply to the culinary markets :) .

the man say rice and balisier, so I just logging that one.
Curried banana flowers and rice tastes quite good.
(I saw so many immortel flowers going to waste as I drove by yesterday, I had to wonder if anyone ever tried cooking and eating them. Now I have a new idea of cooking them or making a jam or jelly.)
So how about rice and immortel flowers?
