Man I say.....good for Louis.... Jourvert belongs down town..... maybe now they will bring back the steelband 'bomb' competition. lol fer me....dat wuz de bestes part ah Jourvert morning lol

Snow, I can't tell you anything about Carnival ... the last one for me was in 1988 and it will be my last.

i does listen fete on radio. I see they have a nice one going on either today or tomorrow, 'SEVEN'.

The tickets are being sold seven female tickets to every one male ticket. 7:1, the ratio at which magic happens. Apparently it is sold out!

also seeing there is Army fete, WASA fete and licensing fete coming up. I will listen on radio if I get a chance, but not today though (fasting).

Heard of so many changes...like:

Pan back on the road for Jourvert morning.... they will be given a route of their own.... Aripeter Avenue (sp)...the 'big music trucks' will be given.... Tragaret Road..... Oh, and best of all....THEY BRINGING BACK THE BOMB COMPETITION :Bouncy1:

Also heard MacFarlane is doing a special show with his band on ..... Carnival Monday Night at Jean Piere Stadium....much 'grander\ than what he does on stage on Carnival Tuesday (he is still doing something in front of the Grand Stand) ...Kes and some other entertainers will also be included in the show :Bouncy1:

Band routes also being tweaked.


Ah liking everything ah hear so far.... if all of the changes (the new format of the shows, the new Dimanche Gras) proves successful.... Allyuh cud well see it 'Snowing' in T&T fer Carnival 2013 rofl

...I actually hear one ah meh 'relative' who left Woodbrook....tuh go play Jourvert in .....Westmorings one year..... ah say tuh mehself ....WDH?
