Dont you try different recipes....but i got to admit when I tried yr recipe the turkey was moist and delicious.

This year my brother is hosting thksgiving. He has moved to Mt Poconno in PA and he is excited to host us in his new home. I am very excited about the visit cuz the drive is very scenic with beautiful foilage..and I just happy that i not hosting it this year. I dont know what the menu is cuz my neice (daiz the one who got married recently) wants to do everything..her first thksgiving as a wife and they in their new home. Either way their home is like a vacation home and their neighboorhood is the same. I will be on vacation fm tmrw.

Dont you try different recipes....but i got to admit when I tried yr recipe the turkey was moist and delicious.I used to try various recipes over many years until I hit on this one. Since it worked so well, I decided to stick with it. Why mess with success eh?

Guy mustbe having bus load of people at his house today.
Happy Thanksgiving to you all.

Oh and a ques. I was wondering since TG is on a thursday and so many people travel all over to go home etc for this day. Is fri a holiday to or people don't go work? Becos why people say is a long weekend.

Most business places are closed on a Fri. Schools are closed also. Retail is open and businesses involved in transportation, logistics etc are open.

your niece looked like she did a wonderful job with the food!
It was very nice and both my neice and sis in law did a wonderful job with the house.
