Historically, when I have a problem with someone, I have not wanted to Talk Talk About It.
I grew up in a loving, united household, but simmering, not arguing, was the norm, I
suppose this is why is seemed normal - if challenging - to sit on my grievances and hope
any opposition to what I wanted would just go away. Clearly, this is juvenile behaviour and
ineffective too. Nothing changes if you fail to confront the situation

In personal relationship, most people fear total honesty would end in chaos or destruction.
And, to some extent, always will, words can be dangerous. But I also realise that once
talking is done properly, you will understand the situation in a way you never have before.
You may not entirely agree - of course, you cannot always reach a compromise- but you will
be in a healthier, more satisfying place.
