Hey, I'm thirteen and I still talk to my imaginary friends. I make up new ones all the time I talk to them I have sleepovers with them. The have full names, personalities, and flaws. Like, Ron can sing really well, and Bea loves animals. Am I too old for them?

According to wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Imaginary_friend):
Imaginary friends are made often in childhood, sometimes in adolescence (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adolescence), and rarely in adulthood (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adult). They often function as tutelaries (http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/tutelary) when played (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Play_%28activity%29) with by a child. They reveal, according to several theories of psychology, a child's anxieties (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anxiety), fears (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fear), goals (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Goal) and perceptions (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perception) of the world through that child's conversations (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conversation). They are, according to some children, physically indistinguishable from real people, while others say they see their imaginary friends only in their heads. There's even a third category of imaginary friend recognition: when the child doesn't see the imaginary friend at all, but can only feel his/her presence.
Some child development professionals still believe that the presence of imaginary friends past early childhood signals a serious psychiatric disorder.[7] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Imaginary_friend#cite_note-6)[8] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Imaginary_friend#cite_note-7) Others disagree
OK so the jury is out on this.
But imo, if you can't tell the difference between fantasy and realty, then there's a problem.

If you know that they are imaginary then at least you're not crazy.
Apart from that the question is whether they serve any useful purpose.
Who knows; maybe your imaginary friends give you good advice.

If you worry about it too much, head to a "place of worship on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, depending on which franchise you are going to. There will be quite a few of all age groups there, pleased to share about their imaginary friends.

Yes, at 13 that does not seem normal. You should talk to your family dr.
