Thinking about taking a couple of their tours. Has anyone ever used this service? Any tips, suggestions or comments?

Well there's a sign in City Gate stating that the tours take place every Saturday and Sunday. Also the PTSC site hasn't specified a particular time of year for the tours so I say is throughout.
