Looking for free ebook resources to Teach Reading

I'm looking for some free ebooks that I have use to help a child learn and practice reading. I mean 3 letter word kind of reading materials.

There's lots of reading materials out there for children who can already read but hard to find easy stuff for beginner and slow readers.
