Raid at prison yeilds illegal contraband?

SO in this day and age the prisons comissioner is blaming the IlLEGAL contraband found in the prison on friends of prisones who throw stuff over the walls.

So is it that difficult to stop this problem? hmm- what about raising the wall height with some sort of steel MEshing? :roll:

How about the fact that if its a JAIL there should be cameras on ALL sides of the prisons beng monitored 24/7 with recording capabilities?

Or as with everything in Trinidad that the govt has to maintain will they always find the reason for whats happening and have no viable solutions? :idea: :?:

I guess our prisons comissions has been learning from the top heads eh!
Our PM, Min of NAt Sec and our police comissioner all sitting back, blaming crime on drugs, guns and wordwide happenings and NOT actually doing anything about it.

vais- and im sure that the Irony of this suitatiomn is that the Pm's new multi million mansion has a Fully functioning state of the art Camera Security system which is monitored 24/7 :roll:

Ah wonder if that is the same reason prisons all over the world are using to explain the drug culture that exist within their walls..... "dey throwing it over the wall" :roll:
if that were the case, Prison Guards would be the biggest drug dealers.... are they? :lol:
