I am looking for ideas. No curry and no Sunday menu. All ideas are welcome. Having said that is pelau, jerk chicken and colesalw a Sunday menu. It sounding rather ordinary even tho is not ordinary for me. I made this combination only once and it was great.

Thks straps, I looking for side dishes to go w that pork. Default hordoves will be olives and cheese, grapes and wine. (easy availabitlity nah)
Falcon, I guess I should be grateful you didnt make a call for curry. Anyway, I need a fancy menu cuz is the only kind of menu does motivate me into planning, but I hv the kind of fam that does end up derailing my menu and resorting to their level of curry comfort..what dat mean is curry duck, dhalpurie and channa and alloo...And they does come prepared with everthing and cook it for themselves to (they hv a sickening obsession with dreailing my menu).
I need suggestions fast before they take over.

Thks Shadeck, I will use yr suggestion. The recipe called for 1 pound of sussage. The other items are celery, sage, scallions, brine-cured black olives and a bt of white wine.
