New Years Prayer

This is the day of a new beginning,
This My prayer for what the New Year is Bringing.
As Children of God that we live what we talk,
As in everyday with Jesus we walk.

Spreading the Good News to Young and Old,
Standing strong on God's Word, confident and Bold.
With the obstacles and challenges that await for us
Even now Lord give us strength to overcome the rush.

Keep Us Lord in your will I pray,
As you prosper and transform us, increasing us each day.
My desire is that we learn more about You,
Building a better relationship with God that is pure and true.

In health Lord keep us and make the sick whole,
Touch us Deep down Lord Jesus into the Midst of our soul.
Help us Lord to keep our mind on You
and direction when we don't know what to do.

Show us Lord how to love one another,
This is my prayer for all of my sisters and brothers.
Lord for those who have yet to know who you are,
I pray that you soften their heart and help them to see,
That in the family of God is where they should be.
