my verbal communications skills are clearly lacking...
what part of if we are organising a retreat for local nationals at a local hotel,... we should benchmark the cost to the IDB's Trinidad per diem rate.
Is unclear...
The problem is I can't find the current IDB per diem for Trinidad on the net, and I am not calling my ex-colleagues.
But over US$250 per person, does not seem in keeping with a cash strapped economy.
Nor does discounting the cost by the government tax.
Faniciful accounting again... this is how we ended up in this mess.
