How did u spend your Xmas day/New Years Day?

I spent mine alone...by choice, eating cooking, thanking God for the good that I had, chatting online with a few friends i haven't heard from in ages; talking to my parents and friends and to top it all off i watched some great movies on dvd. All my presents and cards were opened as soon as i got them so didn't have to do that and I still got one more gift to collect and I am getting it tomorrow.

What more can a girl ask for? ;)

After having breakfast I headed for Work, I came in early so the other guy on shift could go home to his family,
I am on the internet and watching the Food channel.
I will be here until midnight.

We don't do visiting for Christmas day, stayed home opened gifts, and this year I did the cookin! :)

Christmas 2008: Slept, cooked, ate, went to Church, slept some more, ate some more, watched some dvd's, slept some more. :D

Staying up to open gifts with my parents on the stroke of midnight, then wake up lunchtime and visit family which involved eating 5 meals in 12 hours...lol

wake up and openin presents with my hubby & son, havin breakfast, visitin my mommy and havin brunch, distributing presents to some unfortunate children, goin to in-laws for lunch and opening presents there, relaxin with relatives, go home and fallin asleep wid hubby and son.....while watchin Sound of Music...

spent bulk of day between my bf's parents and my mum and part of the evening with my granny

woke up at 6:30 am, head to the shower, then to the alter did our worship, Head to the neighbor to spread some Christmas cheer ( she's a little old lady who lives all by herself and has a daughter who cares #$%^& about her or anyone else), came back, head to the kitchen, cook up a storm in preparation for brunch, light the fire, welcomed our guests at 11:00am, enjoyed our feast of tomato cheese frittata, wild berry strata, home made bread, home made cranberry orange jelly spread, orange raisin bread, veggie pastels, lamb chops, stuffed chicken breast, pumpkin spiced cake, fruit cake, cookies, eggnog, cranberry cider, coffee........played some scrabble and scene it whilst listening to parang and Christmas songs....guest went home at 3:30pm, took a nap, got up at 5:30pm, head out to dinner at a friend's house, Trini Christmas menu... plus the curry too, that lasted very late, returned home at 12:30am. Sigh! off to bed!

I spent my christmas enjoying Africa with my sister and her baby. I made sure i opened all presents given to me on the day given. I love travelling, next year i wonder where i would be . :D

my new years day was spent cleaning the flat, doing laundry and then preparing for a party. good friends, good music and good food. God is good. :D

we actually did Soong's last nite, and my neighbour had satsang this morning, in bed now waiting for the boy's call , he goes back to univ tomorrow :cry:

spent last night with my hubby and son...rang in the new year with some wicked fireworks....got up made lunch..got a surprise visit from my daddy ....ate lunch..slept for the entire afternoon...

ahhhh a wonderful relaxing day with the ppl i love...year is off to a gr8 start.... :P

I went to Church and then brought in the new year looking at fireworks with friends. It was a peaceful and enjoyable way to bring in a new year.

Ring in the new year with God and family... went to sleep.... got up 'sick like a dog'.......cuddle up on de sofa front the fire all day........get help to cook ....had dinner...... watch tv.........gone to bed......still sick but not whinning.......Happy new year all!

Got up at 6am...did my morning duty. The chef did a lovely christmas meal....twas good. Did my evening duty. Back in bed at 7pm....was super tired.

New Years spent with friends....had a huge meal and fell asleep on their couch... :D
