Facebook or Myspace ?

As the race for hundreds of millions in advertising revenue heats up between the top 2 social networking sites, I was just wondering which one the ttol members use.

Myspace has now been around for 4 years, and I was never impressed by it mainy because it seems too flashy and it's less private than its main rival, facebook, which has been around for a little over 1 year.

I've had my facebook for the past 6 months, and I'm very happy with it. :D

Stay tuned this could be the Coke vs Pepsi or Betamax vs VHS of this decade....

Facebook is far more customizable, more fun and interactive to use, and above all else has much higher privacy settings. Just by virtue of that last point makes it worthwhile for me. If I put something for my friends who I have selected to view my profile to see, I don't want the rest of the world minding my business.

they both bore the crap out of me. as a woman i have to keep deleting retards that think a sexual offer is all that i am on the internet for. i have them as i live abroad and friends of mine are scattered all over the globe so knowing what they are upto via facebook is good. i meet nice people on myspace and i sent out my birthday party invites via myspace.

people take the virtual world wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too seriously. :roll: it's a tool have fun with it and let it go.

All my friends on facebook are people I know well and they live in different parts of the world, everything I put out on facebook is stuff I want them all to know.

Neither, although I have facebook I don't see how useful it is and the applications are really silly. I would have deleted my account long time ago but I don't want to feel like a disonaur. Nothing beats good old e-mail.

i rather facebook than myspace. the amount of times i cancelled and activated back. but i just fed up of being phished on myspace. for a whole month i didnt log on and when i finally did, i get a message my account got phished. so i got rid of all my contacts and started all over again....hi 5 boring and well facebook safe for me so far.

After all the positive feedback about Facebook, I Registered and started using it, It is a lot better than Myspace..

I am not really in the age bracket for both, my kids wanted me to have it so I be a cool and awesome mom well let say I go to facebook when i want to play silly games and I go to my space when my family want to post photos and all that kinda stuff as my kids say.what I really love is Eon .com where they is mature people in my age group and that what i enjoy.let me answer I do not like any they are kids stuff with the glitter images and layout and all that kinda thing.
