I have found the following article by Dr Mercola to be very interesting and worth a listen.
There is an absence of "agenda", it is free, and at the very least we can each get additional input about what may be the "fuel" THAT WE PERSONALLY AND INDIVDUALLY, would do best to focus on eating.

Just had a quick browse and digested a bit of the first few page-downs. This guy makes a lot of sense, and hopefully I'll be able to comment more after I ruminate on the other bits later.

I especially like the point he makes about 'your body and different diets and different fuels'. Too many people try generic diets, fail, then rubbish the diet. I see too many people fail and take the intellectually lazy option of weight watchers and other 'peer support' diets. Just research and investigate your own needs and you are sure to succeed. Losing weight is NOT HARD; it's become a cliche that it is though.....and dont dare question it!
